Most items purchased from SexyJammys.com may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We can not accept any item which has been worn. To return or exchange an item, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured with tracking. There is a $5 restocking fee for all exchanges and returns. Include your order number inside the box and an explanation if you want an exchange or refund.
Holiday Return Policy: We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.
For health reasons, we do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items (such as teddies and other items that cover the crotch) so please select these items with care. Costumes are not returnable.
E-mail us immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA #. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Credits will be issued within 3 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
